PropertySmart Real Estate has deep roots in Miami. Miami is our home, this is where we work, play and raise our families. We are committed to helping make this community strong, healthy and inclusive for everyone. We believe gratitude strengthens bonds between people and makes communities more interconnected. As a way of expressing our gratitude to you for allowing us to join you on this path, we will make a donation to a non-profit that works toward the betterment of our community when we close on your home.

With the launch of PropertySmart Real Estate in 2022, we will be focusing on food insecurity in our community. While volunteer opportunities have changed with the Covid 19 pandemic we continue to search for effective ways to work directly with community organizations in addition to offering financial support. We will keep our community of clients informed on our philanthropic endeavors and hope you can join us at an event soon!

Collaborations: LEAP and Dragon Fly Thrift Store

We partner with Dragonfly Thrift Store (run by LEAP) to help our sellers prepare their home for sale. It’s a great partnership, our sellers feel they have a convenient place to donate unneeded household items and furniture, we coordinate the pick up for our sellers and this wonderful non-profit is supported. Some of our clients have even become volunteers for the organization. LEAP is a Florida based non profit that empowers recently incarcerated women to put prison in their past through entrepreneurship, jobs and housing.
